Q) What are your business hours?
A) Our business hours are as follows: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday) and 9:00am to 5:00pm (Saturday). You may still send an email to our online store at contact@chongaik.com 
after office hours; however, they will only be handled the next working day.

Q) How long does it take for the products to reach my doorstep after order confirmation?
A) Once your order has been confirmed, we will process and mail out to our respective couriers within 7 working days. The couriers will then deliver the respective products to you. You may refer to our respective couriers to check on the estimated delivery time for your country. We do not hold responsibility for delivery delays caused by the courier services.

Q) How can I tell if an item is in stock?
A) We will only display in-stock items on our online store. However, as our inventory is moving fast every day, if you wish to purchase any product, kindly email us at
contact@chongaik.com to check the stock availability to avoid disappointment. We do not hold responsibility should there be any error or omission in any information on our website. 

Q) Do you ship internationally?
A) Yes, Chong Aik International ships to all parts of the world through the use of courier services such as Speedpost Air Parcel, EMS.

Q) My helmet/apparels does not fit even though I followed your size guide.
A) You may request for an exchange by sending an email to
